Horretarako, Zulaibar Lanbide Heziketako Eskolak SLM teknologiarekin sortutako pieza eredu bat fabrikatu du, Samylabs enpresaren makina bat erabiliz. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laser bidezko galdaketa selektiboa (SLM) hauts-ohea galdatuz fabrikazio aditiboko teknika bat da. Potentzia handiko laser bat erabiltzen du geruzaz geruza hauts metalikoko partikulak urtu eta selektiboki fusionatzeko, zuzenean CAD datuetatik abiatuta erabat trinkoak diren 3D piezak eraikitzeko.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pieza eta prozesuaren kostuak bidegarria baldin bada, estatu mailako ITV etan emisioak neurtzeko ekipamenduetan integratzea izango litzateke helburu nagusia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pieza fabrikatu eta kostuen inguruko informazioa helduarazi zaio enpresari, gaur egun soldatze prozesu bidez garatzen dituen piezen inguruko konparaketa egiteko.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Central autoko teknikariek, piezaren prezioa 60,62\u20ac\/unitate koa, gaur egun duten soldatze prozesuarekin konparatu garestia dela ebatzi dute.
