The Otxarkoaga Training Centre is part of the TKgune network, which aims to bring the technical expertise of its teaching staff, workshops and technological resources to businesses. From the centre, we collaborate with local companies on applied projects that help to improve processes, products and facilities.

Our approach is based on the specific needs of each company. We listen, analyse the situation and draw up a collaboration proposal tailored to each individual case. This partnership also allows us to update our teaching staff’s knowledge and expose students to real-world challenges.

We work on energy efficiency, facility analysis, sustainable construction, Passivhaus solutions, and heating, cooling and air conditioning systems. We also develop projects related to renewable energy, aerothermal energy, ventilation, automation, additive manufacturing and Industry 4.0 processes.

Furthermore, we have resources in automotive, carpentry, metalwork and electrical engineering. Among other services, we offer ADAS calibration, oven booth painting, colour identification using a spectrophotometer, CNC machining, laser cutting and engraving, CNC plasma cutting, TIG and MIG/MAG welding, and the installation and maintenance of electrical and automated systems.
