Project objectives
The company that sells the OSATITI trademark wants to change the manufacturing method of the liners it sells in order to leave behind its artisan status and look for some solution to automate the process.
Tasks performed
- Scanning the wooden core, the starting point of the artisan method, achieving total equality of shape.
- Obtaining the design of the mould.
- Carrying out different tests on the 3D printing machine.
- Printing the final prototype and validating it with the client.
- Design a solution for the automation of this process.
