Project objectives
The company Erreka needs a tool to carry out the assembly of a sub-batch of a Planetary Gearbox and link two different references.
Tasks performed
- Tooling design.
- Machining of all the parts that made up the tooling.
- Assembly of parts.
- Rearranging what did not coincide in the assembly and making changes in the machining.
- Once the assembly has been carried out, go to the customer and analyse its functionality.
- Analyse shortcomings in functionality and re-machine some parts with the improvements proposed by the customer.
- Heat treatment of the parts that require adequate functionality.
- Rectify, after the treatment, the oversizes left so that the customer can assemble the tooling correctly adjusted for the assembly of the planetary.
