Design and manufacture of sieve machine

Design and manufacture of a custom machine (TAMIZ) to classify flours of different thicknesses used for the production of corn talos

Project objectives

• Design a sieve machine capable of managing the volume produced by the mill with traditional corn

• The sieve in addition to complying with current regulations to work with food, will be responsible for achieving three qualities of flour, which will be classified for use

• The sieve will be sensorized and monitored to work unattended, being able to perform the third shift alone, in this way not only costs are reduced and times are advanced, in addition the company improves working conditions by reducing noise and excess of flour particles in the environment while there are workers nearby.
