Project objectives
This project will automate a manual process, which is recurrent in the company. To do this, we have started from a design previously developed by the company. The project, in addition to using many commercial elements, also has many parts to be machined. And all this is mounted on a metal structure that can be disassembled into three parts, which facilitates its mobility.
The work to be done has been divided among the four centers participating in the project: Iurreta and Lea Artibai have been in charge of machining the necessary parts. Izarraitz was in charge of the structure and other boilermaking elements. And finally La Salle Berrozpe school was in charge of the final assembly and project management.
Tasks performed
- Manufacture of each element: machining of the parts according to plan.
- Surface treatments: chiseling, priming, painting, etc.
- Collect and validate all parts and commercial elements.
- Assemble all the elements.
- Evaluate and correct some errors, redoing some parts or adding new elements.
- Achieve a good overall performance.
- Disassemble in three parts for transport.
