Project description
DIPC – Donostia International Physics Center is a highly dynamic international research community composed of both local and visiting researchers. Among other research projects, it operates a Supercomputing Center that includes quantum computing capabilities.
DIPC has commissioned us to carry out two tasks related to an evaporator prototype currently in development.
First, we conducted the analysis, design, and implementation of the automation for the evaporator prototype.
To do this, we first analyzed the evaporator to be automated. Based on this analysis and the operational specifications required by the client, we defined the evaporator’s control sequence and designed and defined the components that make up the control system.
Finally, the control panel was assembled and programmed, first in manual mode and then in automatic mode.
Additionally, the safety enclosure for the T-REX SERVO-0609 milling machine was designed, manufactured, and installed; this machine will be used to manufacture parts for this and other prototypes.
Tasks Performed
