Optimisation of the management and safety systems of a company that manufactures confectionery products

Switch to automated company order and sales management, and implementation of a safety system for the operator of a dough mixer for the production of pastry products.

Project objectives

Esnal Gozotegia has a high demand for products at certain times of the year and until now the internal management of products has been carried out manually and modestly. From now on, it intends to process requests completely digitally in order to improve its technological competitiveness.

On the other hand, a pastry dough mixing machine does not comply with safety measures and its use is dangerous for the worker. The aim of the project is to design and manufacture a grill system that prevents the entry of the hand, with the capacity to stop the machine guaranteeing the safety of the worker.
